For larger scale production using bigger tanks than we can supply or your own tanks by choice, we have created a range of top quality pipework kits based on our standard reactors, featuring our unique static mixers, and a pump of suitable size for the pipework and mixers. please consult chart below for recommended maximum batch sizes for each kit.

Equipment that you will need IN ADDITION to this kit to produce biodiesel:

• Conical Tank of appropriate size - see "Max Batch Size" in chart below and add 5% airspace
• Immersion Heater suitable for chosen Conical Tank
• Temperature Measurement Device
• Water Washing System, and / or Dry Wash System
• Air Compressor to drive off Water or Methoxide
• Particle Filtration System
