Finally the end is in sight for environmentally threatening bottom off-take heating oil tanks, with the availability of the Atkinson Tanktop, the Worlds First comprehensive top-offtake system

The most simple fitting of all tank equipment, a 1"BSP Bottom thread screws straight into the tank surface (or through the surface with a backnut on the inside), with the floating suction tube dropping through and floating in the oil inside the tank, this means the cleanest of the oil is always drawn off first, leaving the muck that has settled in the bottom of the oil tank. The Valve then terminates with a 10mm hydraulic adaptor, into which you simply plug your Copper pipe (For in-bund use only, for use on a single skin tank the fitting should be replaced with a brass Comperssion Fitting).
