Oilybits, Portable Gear Pumps

Excellent quality, robust, and reliable Portable Gear Pumps for transferring viscous oils between containers, these pumps have been designed to be chemically compatible with fluids such as Vegetable Oil, Motor Oil, Lubricating Oils and Light Greases, and other medium to high viscosity oils and other non corrosive viscous substances

Featuring a plastic carry handle and 4 bolt foot plate, these pumps can be carried around as they are, or mounted to a skid for extra durability (recommended)

Complete with hose tails as shown, sizes noted in chart below

PLEASE NOTE - These pumps can handle a maximum particle size of 250 micron (1/4 of a millimeter). If you intend to use the pump for wastecutting oil (or any other oil with SOLID particle contamination)collection then you will need to install an inline filter to protect the pump from debris which could damage the internal gears. If you are likely to becollecting oil with very heavy contamination regularly then we always recommend using one of our Flexible Impellor Pumps which can handle very large solids without risking damage to the pump impellor or motor
