A simple, self-assembly Kit for Dispensing Bio Diesel B100

Comprising;

230v50Hz 56lpm Self Priming Pump (FMT 23-034 Viton)
4 Metres of 1"ID Cloth Reinforced PVC Delivery Hose
2 Metres of 1"ID Steel Reinforced PVC Suction Hose
4x 1"BSP-25mm Polypropylene Hose Tail
1"BSP Footvalve with Stainless Steel Strainer
4x 1" Hi-Grip Hose Clamps
12 Metre Spool of PTFE Tape
Dispensing Nozzle (Pic shows TDW-11A, but see Options below)

WETTED COMPONENTS INCLUDE (Excluding Nozzle Materials): Polypropylene, Viton, Steel, PEI, PTFE, Brass, 316 Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Polycarbonate, PVC

Please note that clear PVC hose will eventually go brittle or porous when used with Bio Diesel or Vegetable Oil, this kit is supplied with PVC hose as it is generally preferred as it is transparent. You may wish to replace the hose in future with Polyurethane Lined Hose, this is completely resistant to Bio Diesel and Vegetable Oil, and is available HERE

Alternatively Polyurethane Lined Delivery Hose is available as an upgrade to this kit, to select this add "Upgrade - PU Hose" to your shopping cart, from the options below. NOTE: This is only an upgrade on the delivery hose, the suction hose is not available in a PU variety so it remains the same

Self 2000 (Pictured)	Manual Nozzle, with NBR Seals	Lowest cost and suitable for gravity or pumped dispensing, seals will swell over time when used with Bio-Diesel but will likely give many months of service before this happens
Self 3000	Manual Nozzle, with Viton Seals	Suitable for gravity or pumped dispensing, seals are completely resistant to Bio-Diesel
TDW 11A	Automatic Nozzle, with NBR Seals	For pumped dispensing, seals will swell over time when used with Bio-Diesel, but will likely give many months of service before this happens
Husky 1+10 (X-Mate) Nozzle	Automatic Nozzle, with Viton Seals	For pumped dispensing, seals are completely resistant to Bio-Diesel
