A robust, versatile, low or high level power switch for use with any fluids that are not agressive to the float switches component materials, and in which the float remains buoyant
The Level Switch displays by means of Red and Green lamps whether the relay contact is open or closed (i.e power to appliance is Green, power isolated is Red)
The device can be used to switch power with an increasing, or decreasing liquid level, the method of adjustment is dependent upon version selected:
The Horizontal floating-switch can be fitted either internally (for a better seal) or externally (avoiding disconnecting the float from the device). External fitting requires a 23 mm dia hole to be drilled through the tank wall, a compression grommet inserted, then the switch pushed fully through, a nut is then tightened to spread the grommet. Internal fitting requires a 16.5 mm dia hole to be drilled through the tank wall, the switch fed through from inside the tank, then connected to the wires coming out of the box.
Both the Vertical Switch, and Horizontal Switch are supplied loose as both switches need to be fitted from inside the tank, and then the cables joined to the switch wires coming out of the controller. For the Vertical Switch, the cable is fed up through an M12 grommet (supplied)
This product can also be assembled featuring a 12vDC, 24vDC, or 110vAC Relay for use with other power sources, or alternative types of switches in different materials to suit different liquids, please email if you would like a quotation and specification based on alternative components
