Ultrasonic Cleaners are used for deep cleaning of new or old metal components, using very high frequency ultrasound waves.

These machines have proven to be extremely popular in marine engineering environments, on shore and aboard vessels, for effectively cleaning parts in need of repair / welding. Being made entirely from Stainless Steel they are also highly resistant to the marine environment.

The machines are equipped with an ultrasonic generator, which excites tank-mounted piezo-electric transducers, creating millions of microscopic bubbles in the cleaning solution. These bubbles implode on contact with the parts being cleaned to blast away contaminants from the surfaces wetted by the cleaning solution. This action penetrates blind holes, recesses, cracks and hidden passageways that jetting and scrubbing cannot access. Due to this action, Ultrasonic Cleaners can remove contaminants faster and more effectively than other types of cleaners, which can be critical for subsequent repair processes such as welding.

Machines are fully customisable, and can be made in any practicable size to your requirements. Below are shown the standard sizes. 1750-C is a custom size which has proved popular as it is not so tall as the standard 1750 and therefore is easier to load / unload, and UC-600 was desinged for long thin parts and to sit on a bench, this is an example of how sizes can be adjusted if required.
