Spectrum Pleat2 - EPE Filter Elements, Pleated Polyester
The EPE series provides economical filtration with a high surface area and substantial flow potential, all while maintaining a low pressure drop. End-caps eliminate the need for gaskets and maintain the integrity of the pleat pack, further supported by the robust inner polypropylene core. The resilient media is versatile, suitable for applications ranging from borehole and river water to harsher chemicals.
For enhanced microbial protection, the EPE-AM variant incorporates advanced antimicrobial properties. This ensures superior performance by inhibiting the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms, making it ideal for sensitive applications. Tailored for use in private water applications, EPE-AM provides an extra layer of safety and reliability, extending the lifespan of the filter and maintaining water hygiene.

When replacing elements in filter housings with screw-on bowls we always recommend the use of Silicon O Ring Grease to aid tightening of the bowl, preventing pinching & scuffing and thus prolonging the life of the O Ring
